Siendo un enamorado del deporte y la fotografía, inicié mi aventura en la fotografía deportiva hace unos cuantos años. En aquella época, la Ciudad de México alojó a uno de los equipos de basquetbol de la CBA, “Los Aztecas”, y tuve la oportunidad de ser fotógrafo en los juegos locales.
Ha sido increíble ver y experimentar el cambio, desde la película al equipo moderno y las herramientas de edición y procesado digital, que permiten tener tomas impensables en aquel tiempo cuando inicié.
El haber practicado diferentes deportes me permite tener un buen entendimiento del juego y la sincronía adecuada para obtener la imagen.
Being in love with sport and photography, I started my sports photography adventure some time ago. CBA team “Los Aztecas” was based in Mexico City and I had the chance to be a photographer in local games.
It has being great to see and experiment its evolution, from film to new equipment and digital process software, that let us get incredible images.
Having practiced different sports allows me to have a good understanding of the game and the timing to get THE image.
